Immigrants have a right to seek COVID-19 testing, treatment, or vaccine regardless of status or medical insurance.
For the time being, uninsured patients can still receive COVID-19 testing and vaccination for FREE!
IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER HEALTH ISSUE, YOU CAN VISIT A FREE OR LOW-COST CLINIC NEAR YOU. FIND A CLINIC BY VISITING: WWW.ICIRR.ORG/HEALTHCARE-RESOURCES-INTER-MAP. Uninsured patients may be able to receive other financial assistance for COVID-19 emergencies. Below are additional resources.

All who live in Illinois can:
Visit the Illinois Department of Health at www.dph.illinois.gov/covid19 OR Illinois COVID-19 Website at www.coronavirus.illinois.gov
Persons who live in Cook County can:
Visit the Cook County Health Department at www.cookcountypublichealth.org OR call 833-308-1988 Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm CT.
Persons who live in Chicago can:
Register for a COVID vaccine appointment online at www.Zocdoc.com/vaccine OR by calling (312) 746-4835, available for in English and Spanish.
