March 21, 2012

The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) is a proud partner of the National Partnership for New Americans, a coalition made up of 12 of the most prominent national grassroots immigrant and advocacy organizations. The Partnership was established to outreach to new immigrant communities and helping legal permanent residents become active citizens to create a more welcoming democracy for all.
